If paid annually for Basic subscription, can we cancel any time?\
When you subscribe to the paid plan, you either choose the monthly or annual plan. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month and you can cancel it anytime. Annual subscription is a 12 month contract and it is non refundable. When you cancel your subscription, it will be valid till the end of the subscription period.\

Hello, I'm trying to delete my test info and start over with a new form. Help.\
Hi Lidrona, You can delete orders from Neartail by moving them to the Trash status. The orders in Trash status will not be included in the Neartail Reports. Please note that deleting orders will not reset the order number or delete the orders already synced to Google Sheets. If you would like to start from scratch, then you can make a copy of the form and use the share link for the form to collect orders.\

I have received order without customer information which I set required.\
Hi Sooyoung, Your current form set up allows users to add products to cart, click on the cart icon in the top right corner and click on the checkout button to directly navigate to the "Review and place order" page without completing the required fields in the "Contact details" page.\
