Comments
No error in console. For the above form, google form owner is editor@formfacade.com but it should be creator@neartail.com.

Hi Kanya, You can export the orders data from the Neartail Reports page.
Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Reports > click on the sync button in the bottom right corner. The responses will be synced to Sheets ONLY when you click on the Export button in Neartail.
When you sync the Neartail reports to Google Sheets, we create three sheets. (1) Order summary: This includes the customer contact details, amount and other fields in the form. (2) Order lineitems: This includes the order lineitems data. You can use the pivot table option on this sheet to create the aggregate reports you need. (3) Order details: This includes the quantity ordered for the products in each order. Each product will be added as a column. For products with variants, each variant will be a separate column.

There are two options to create your forms.
(1) You can login using your email account and use Neartail templates to create your order form. Please note that we do not have the option to transfer ownership.
(2) If you have created your form in Google Forms, then you can customize it using the Neartail addon. Google Forms allows you to transfer ownership between personal gmail accounts, but not to a google workspace account. If you are using personal accounts, then you can transfer ownership to the preferred gmail account and then customize your form using the Neartail addon.
Note: The Neartail subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to customize the form and collect responses. You must use the share link or the embed code from your paid account to collect responses.
