I gave a Google Form and have added your add on. It has worked once, but I cannot see the Formesign anymore. On top of that, the form has several pages but Formesign shows only the first page. I don't know how to fix everything and make it work.

I was unaware that this was a free trial only. Do you offer a free version of this software that will allow me to collect signatures on a form? I have coworkers listed as collaborators on the site for the forms but they are not able to access the forms. I have added them as editors on the google form and updated the changes and I cannot get them to be able to access the forms. What can I do to add or remove collaborators in the future?
