If it works on a phone, but not on your pc, this issue might be specific to that browser/device. Please try it on a different browser and confirm. If you face any issues, please share a screenshot of the error message you are getting.

Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the order to view the details > check the Additional details section. Does it display the email address for the Email respondents / collaborators?
- By default, it will display the configure link that indicates that the emails have not been set up.
- If the emails are configured and sent successfully, email addresses will be displayed.

Hi Alejandro, the subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to customize the form and collect responses. If you use the share link form this account with the Premium plan subscription, the Formfacade branding will be automatically removed from the bottom right corner in the form.
Note: There is no paid subscription linked with your email account.

Hi Jeff, If you delete a form from Formfacade, it will no longer be displayed in the Forms dashboard. I have restored this form for now. Please do not delete forms that you are planning to use. We will not be able to restore it once it is permanently deleted.

Hi Jake, You have subscribed to the Customize UI Basic plan. It does not have the option to download all the files at once. You will have to click on the link to access the file and download it one at a time.
If your primary requirement is to collect files, you can subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb and use our Petaform addon. You can increase the max file size to upto 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, embed form, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive. Please note that only the files from the responses after the sync is setup will be synced to Google Drive.

When the user submits the form, the response is recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. If there are any issues with submitting the form or recording the responses in Google Forms, we show an error message to the user and also send a notification email to the form creator. The submit can fail because there is an issue with the form, internet connectivity issue etc. The notification email will include the error message, draft id, link to the response (abandoned or submitted).
The error message in the email shows "Couldn't connect to server". This appears to be a connectivity issue on the customer's end. When you click on the link for the response #4322 in the email, you can see that the user was able to submit this response successfully. You can check the response in Formfacade and Google Forms to verify it.

Hi Alexandria, If you have created your from in Google Forms, you can customize it using the Formfacade addon. Once you customize it, the form will be displayed in the Formfacade Forms dashboard. You can directly login to Formfacade and access the customized forms to edit the form or manage the responses.
Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click Customize this form > if you already added a file upload question in Google Forms, it will show a popup to convert the Google Drive file upload in to HTML file upload > click Yes > Customize this form popup will be displayed > click Proceed > Formfacade Edit page will open in a new tab > You can make the necessary edits and click Share > copy the link and share it with your users to collect responses. \

If the error for response shows "Not able to update this response in Google Forms'', then this indicates that the submit was successful and the response was recorded in Formfacade, but not updated in Google Forms. Google Forms might reject the responses if it fails any response validations (incorrect answers, missing answers for required questions or if you have enabled any of the features that require signin such as limit to 1 response, collect email address - verified input, send response receipts. You might have also noticed that sometimes Google Forms throws a "Something went wrong" error without giving any additional details.
Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > click on the response to view the details > click on the three dots more icon > click Edit > the response will open in a new tab > submit the response and check if the response is recorded in Google Forms.
