  1. No email responses are being sent
    Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the order to view the details > check the Additional details section. Does it display the email address for the Email respondents / collaborators?

    • By default, it will display the configure link that indicates that the emails have not been set up.
    • If the emails are configured and sent successfully, email addresses will be displayed.
    • Otherwise, it will display the error message or šŸ“« icon next to the email to indicate that the email was not delivered.

  3. Good Day, please do check to our neartail order form on customer side...when they fill up the form they cant submit because no submit display on the screen and it will automatically appear lacking details on customer side. Thank You.

  5. Form link is not working.
    One of the users had created a malicious form and the hosting company has suspended our domain for it. We have banned that user and explained this to them. They have promised to restore it within 24 hours. We are also trying to expedite this. Sorry about this. I'll update you as soon as it is restored.

  7. enable payment option missing
    Hi Nat, If you have created your form in Google Forms, you must set the currency when you customize the form using the Neartail addon. You will be able to enable payments only if the currency is set in the form.
